How to Resend a User Invitation

If you have a user that has lost their invitation you have the ability to resend an invite to them. 

Click "Market Admin", then "Organizations".

 

Go to the user's Organization and click into the "Users" tab and click "Re-Invite".

 

It is also a good idea to have your users check their spam folders and add service@localorbit.com to their contact list to avoid missing emails.
